今天我在水泥厂CPU 410-5H上遇到了一件很奇怪的事情
操作员报告，他对wincc上的所有标签的过程控制不严。

Today I encounter very strange thing with our cement plant CPU 410-5H.
The operator report that he has loose process control from all tags on wincc.

我从CPU->PLC->操作模式开始检查操作模式，消息显示无法从ES（工程站）访问CPU

I start Checking the Operating Mode from CPU -> PLC -> Operating mode and the message came that the CPU can not be accessible from ES (Engineering Station) 

我决定检查PLC，发现CPU上从INTF、EXTF、BUSxF、MAINT、IFMxF、RUN和STOP开始的所有LED都在闪烁，所有CP（2以太网、2 Profibus）都处于STOP模式

I decide to check the PLC and found that all the LED on the CPU start from INTF, EXTF, BUSxF, MAINT, IFMxF, RUN, and STOP are Flashing and all the CP's (2 Ethernet, 2 Profibus) are in STOP mode

我试图关闭CPU并将其打开

I tried to switch Off the CPU and Switch it On 

此时LED没有闪烁，但停止LED闪烁2 Hz

The LEDs were not flashing at this moment but the Stop LED was Flashing 2 Hz

我等了一会儿，但CPU没有重启。

I waited for sometime but The CPU was not Restarting.

我决定执行“将CPU410-5H重置为出厂设置”，然后等待CPU重新启动并成功。

I decide to Perform "Resetting the CPU410-5H to factory settings" and wait for the CPU to restart and It was Successful.

我加载硬件配置。然后下载整个CFC，然后一切恢复正常。

I load HW config. and Entire CFC download then Everything back to normal.

1. What may be the Causes of such scenerio?

maybe first step is check diagnostic buffer of CPU for events, date/time and check some interesting records what can point you to what was happened.

1. What may be the Causes of such scenerio?- There may be CPU-CPU changeover & diagnostics functions are running on ES.

2.此事件是否会对CPU造成影响，是否会重复编号

2. Will this event have impact to CPU and may this repeat?- No. 

3.我应该采取什么措施来防止这种情况再次发生避免诊断功能在ES上连续运行，例如Force、Monitor、HW/Netpro activate等

3. What measure should I take to prevent this from happening again?- Avoid diagnostics functions running contineously on ES- e.g. Force, Monitor, HW/Netpro activate etc.
