IO访问错误Exernal故障IO access error-Exernal fault

Hi,

我们有一个S7400 CPU 415HM，除了最近每天发生3-4次的外部故障外，其他一切都工作得很好。有一些子系统通过profibus和诊断缓冲器显示“IO访问错误写入，P区双字访问地址178。所以我试图搜索任何PQW、PDW或PIW的广告178范围，但我找不到任何内容。由于故障发生的毫秒数无法跟踪其发生位置。如有任何解决方案或建议，他将不胜感激。随附屏幕截图，如果我遗漏了什么，请询问

We have an S7400 CPU 415HM, everything works perfect except some external fault occuring 3-4 times a day recently. There are some sub systems via profibus and the diag buffer says " IO access error writing, P area double word access adress 178. So I tried to search any PQW,PDW or PIW with ad 178 range but I couldnt find anything. Since the fault occuring for milliseconds not able to trace where it happens. any solution or suggestions would be he highly appreciated. Attached the screenshot and if I missed to brief something please ask

花了一段时间后，我找不到地址，但块FC6（DP接收器）已在另一个FC中用于获取一些数据（我怀疑问题是由于这个位置引起的）。我只找到了IW178 它正在转移到某个数据库……我想知道这是不是原因？。附程序截图

After spending some time I could not find the address any where but the block FC6 (DP recieve) has been used in another FC to fetch some data (issue happens due to this location i suspect). I found only  IW178 which is moving to some DB...am wondering if this is the reason?. Attached the screenshot of program

FC6是DP_RECV，已在另一个FC中调用。一切都很好，好几年了……最近这个问题开始了。现在我找到了两张用于DP通信的CP卡，并附上了pdf文件。但是地址178没有提到

FC6 is DP_RECV and it has been called in another FC. Everything is working fine and it was good for years..recently this issue started. now I have found the two CP card which is used for DP communcation and attached the pdf file. but the address 178 is no where mentioned

In this the main PLC ie S7400 is accessing data via profibus dp communication from one of the sub station with CP342-5 (DP slave) communication. I suspect there is some disturbance happening , is there any way to replace this communication such as profinet or something?
