First HW Config

- It consists of Racks, 2 PS for redundancy and 2 CPU (CPU 0 as Master and CPU1 as Stand by)
-按照目录号将其插入SIMATIC MANAGER V5.5中的硬件配置，然后保存并编译，最后下载到CPU 0。
-By inserting it to HW Config in SIMATIC MANAGER V5.5 as per catalog number then save and compile and last download it to the CPU 0.
-无错误发生，系统平稳。当我检查OPERATIONAL MODE（操作模式）时，它清楚地表明REDUNDANT（冗余）处于RUN MODE（运行模式）。CPU 0也处于RUN MODE（运行模式），CPU 1也是如此。
-No ERROR OCCURS and SYSTEM is smooth. As I check the OPERATIONAL MODE it was clearly indicated that the REDUNDANT is in RUN MODE. CPU 0 is also in RUN MODE and so as to the CPU 1.

Now here is the fun part...
-我现在将ET200M插入PROFIBUS冗余。
-I will now insert my ET200M in PROFIBUS REDUNDANCY.
-IM（1）连接在PROFIBUS DP 1中，IM（2）连接在PROFIBUS DP 2中。（根据目录）
-IM(1) is connected in PROFIBUS DP 1 and IM(2) in connected in PROFIBUS DP 2.( as per catalog)
-将SM信号模块（DI）插入ET 200M。
-insert a SM signal module (DI) to the ET 200M.
-保存和编译后不会发生错误。
-After save and compile no error occur.
-然而，当i下载到CPU 0后，CPU1发生总线故障错误，REDF为LIT。
-HOWEVER, after i DOWNLOADED to the CPU 0, ther BUS FAULT error occur in CPU1 and the REDF is LIT.
-CPU 1的BUS FAULT（总线故障）正在闪烁，起初我们认为问题出在PROFIBUS电缆上。因此，我们使用了CPU 0中使用的PROFIBUS电缆。
-The BUS FAULT at CPU 1 is flashing, at first we thought that the problem was in the PROFIBUS CABLE. So we used the PROFIBUS CABLE used in CPU 0.
结果仍然是相同的CPU 0平稳运行，而CPU 1仍存在总线故障。。。。
The result is still the same CPU 0 is running smoothly, while the CPU 1 still on bus fault....

Check the fiber optic cable for synchronization OKAY, When I stop the CPU 0 by means of toggle switch it transfer its MASTER function to CPU 1.

HW config ET 200M, and connect it to CPU 0 only, DP line okay and no error occur.

HW config ET 200M and connect it to CPU 1 only, DP line ALSO OKAY, no error occur...This make my spin head. It is quite confusing..In a stand alone CPU config its PROFIBUS DP works, But in redundant configuration, always CPU 1 DP LINE is not functioning....
